Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge by contacting us on WhatsApp or phone at least 2 hours before your booked time. Cancellations made after that may be treated as a no-show.
2. No-shows & Late Arrivals
If you do not arrive for a booking or arrive more than 15 minutes late, your slot may be released and any advance paid may not be refunded.
3. Refunds
Services already rendered are non-refundable. If a service was not delivered due to our fault (for example, therapist unavailable after your arrival), we will either reschedule at your convenience or refund the amount paid, at your choice. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
4. Cancellation by Us
In rare cases (staff illness, power outage, etc.) we may need to cancel or reschedule. We will inform you as early as possible and offer either a full refund of any advance paid or a rebooking.
5. Offers & Promotional Discounts
Bookings made under a promotional offer (including "up to 20% off" promotions) follow the same cancellation rules but the discount is not transferable to a future booking outside the offer period.
