By accessing pinklotusspa.online or booking a service at Pink Lotus Family Wellness Spa, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

We offer professional, therapeutic spa & wellness services including full body massage, deep tissue, aroma and couple massage. All services are strictly therapeutic and delivered by trained therapists. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone requesting anything outside our professional scope.

2. Bookings

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone or walk-in, subject to availability. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

3. Pricing & Offers

Prices are shared over WhatsApp or at reception and may change without prior notice. Discounts and promotional offers (including any "up to 20% off" promotions) are limited-period, cannot be combined with other offers, apply only to select services, and are subject to therapist availability.

4. Client Conduct

Guests must be 18+ or accompanied by a guardian. Inappropriate behaviour, harassment of staff, or requests outside our professional scope will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund and may be reported to authorities.

5. Health Disclaimer

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies or pregnancy before your session. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
